1WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A LETTER RENTAL ORDER?
You place the order, and we'll take it from there! We provide delivery, set up, take down, and all the display items needed to ensure a beautiful display (display rack, gaff tape, extension cords and extra bulbs). All you need to do is enjoy your event.
2HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER?
We're excited to be a part of your event and strive quick and efficient turnaround. Lead time depends on the product and is as follows:
- Marquee Letters, Symbols & Toppers: Can be delivered & set up in as little as 24 hours.
- Vinyl Banners: Ready for pickup or delivery in as little as 24 hours.
- A-Frame Sign Rentals: Ready for delivery in as little as 48 hours.
- Lightbox Rentals: Ready for delivery in as little as 48 hours.
- Temporary Floor Decals: Available for delivery in as little as 48 hours.
- X-Frame Sign Rentals: Ready for delivery in as little as 48 hours.
3WHAT SYMBOLS ARE AVAILABLE FOR THE MARQUEE LETTERS?
We have a heart, bridal ring, exclamation mark (!), ampersand (&), hashtag (#), period (.) and question mark (?),.
4CAN YOUR MARQUEE PRODUCTS BE OUTSIDE?
Yes, our marquee products can be outside with the exception of high wind, HEAVY rain or snow.
We cannot control the weather. It’s the customer’s responsibility to have an indoor back up plan. Refunds will not be issued for any circumstance weather related (including high wind, heavy rain, snow) if there is no indoor backup plan.
