A division of Tacoma Sign Company and Puget Sound Glow Co, we are located in Gig Harbor, Washington and serve the greater Puget Sound region. Puget Sound Glow Co is part of a nationwide group of licensees, providing best practices for events, execution, attractiveness, and functionality.

Pollyann Butler
Co-Owner
As 50% partner in Puget Sound Glow Co, Pollyann has been instrumental in getting Puget Sound Glow Co launched and operating smoothly. Pollyann is also a partner in Tacoma Sign Company. Her focus has been customer relations and execution in the delivery of product and services.
After graduating from Pacific Lutheran University, where she was able to help the Lutes tennis team go to the National Championship for 4 straight years, Pollyann spent 19 years in the world of education (Charles Wright Academy and Gig Harbor High School). She Coached men’s and women’s tennis at the High School level.
Pollyann just recently became a Grandmother (G-Ma!) and in addition to family, her hobbies are Tennis, Skiing, Bible Fellowship groups, Labrador retriever dogs, and boating.
Jim Butler
Co-Owner
Jim is the other 50% partner in Puget Sound Glow Co. Jim is also 50% partner in Tacoma Sign Company, and 100% Owner of Business Growth Resource. Jim feels fortunate to be involved in Puget Sound Glow Co as “we help people celebrate some of the most important milestones in their lives.” Pretty cool!
Jim was an “Entrepreneurship/Business Management” major at Seattle Pacific University. Graphics and Events has been the focus of most of Jim’s career. He has started, purchased, and sold many companies. In addition, he is a Certified Gravitas Business Coach.
Jim’s hobbies include business, tennis, hockey, family, boating, and woodworking.

Our mission is simple: Assist Customers in Achieving their Goals in Celebrating Milestone Events!
Our team considers ourselves very fortunate to be participating with the most significant events for both corporations and individuals.
Our company completed an exercise called “Trip into Space”...who do we want on the rocket ship, and why do we want them. These characteristics define our core values.
